Schedule:

5:45 PM – Shuttle Service Starts for Hotel Guests at the Four Points

6:00 PM – Doors Open at the Civic Center, Bars will be open between 6:00 – 6:30 PM

6:55 PM – Doors Close at the Civic Center for Tableau, Doors will not reopen until Tableau ends

7:00 PM – Tableau Begins

8:20 PM – Tableau Ends, Ball Begins, Bars re-open

8:45 PM – Bands Begin Playing

1:30 AM – Ball Ends

Civic Center Rules:

• All attending must have an Admit ticket to enter the Biloxi Civic Center.
• No Styrofoam or oversized ice chests allowed in the building.
• Glass is not allowed other than those given as gifts by the Krewe or its court.
• Civic Center is a smoke free facility.
• Strictly Formal Event, only those in Tuxes and Floor Length gowns will be allowed on the floor.
• No one under 21 allowed on the floor after the tableau ends.
• Disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the Civic Center and arrest by Biloxi Police Department 

Important Information:

• Yellow Cab Company – 228.385.7777, Orange Checker Cab – 228.374.1111.   Neptune encourages everyone to not drink and drive.
• You are encouraged to bring food/snacks for your table. 
• Outside food and drinks are allowed in the Civic Center.
• Bars inside will provide Beer and wine. 
• Shuttle Service will be provided back and forth between Four Points Hotel Biloxi and The Civic Center
• Guests are encouraged to car pool due to limited parking at the Civic Center.  Parking is available behind the Civic Center and at the City of Biloxi storage facility parking lot due north of the Civic Center.
